30 AUGUST 2024 (TORONTO, ON) - Today, upcoming pop superstar Andye releases his latest single, “All To Myself” via Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. His first release in over a year, the single kicks off a new era of Andye with a fresh sound and a clear vision.

“All To Myself” is a slick, breezy track that describes Andye’s affinity for the chase, even when it becomes destructive.

“It’s a toxic record, honestly,” says Andye on the track’s lyrics. “This track is all about that moment when you want someone more just as they're slipping away. It's about the chase, the pride, and the vulnerability that come with love and jealousy. Even though the lyrics cut deep, it’s set to an energetic beat that brings it all to life.”

Accompanying the single is an equally compelling music video that stays true to Andye’s passion for storytelling. The video “represents the tension and passion that inspired the track,” says Andye, “It highlights both the joyous and euphoric moments that come with love.”

The video stars Andye who is out on a date when he spots another girl, played by model Victoria Gouveia, from across the room. The cinematic video follows their journey together.

ABOUT ANDYE:
Andye is just getting started. With only a few releases, the Ethiopian-born and Toronto-raised singer and dancer has already accumulated over 3.6 million streams across all platform —in addition to his 2 million likes on TikTok and over 500,000 views on YouTube. Among Andye’s chief sonic influences are The Weeknd’s dark, raw sounds and storytelling and the distinct artistry of Michael Jackson. He dreams of collaborating with everyone from Doc McKinney (known for working with The Weeknd) to Quincy Jones. With his eyes trained relentlessly forward, blinkered to any mental or physical obstacles that might trip up a less concentrated artist, Andye spurs himself toward his goals. He knows they are achievable, simply because he believes he’ll get there in the end. “I want to break records,” he says matter-of-factly. “I want to be the best I can be. The way people say, 'I want to do this like Michael'—in 10 years, I want them to be like, 'this sounds like Andye'. I want my music to have that type of impact.”
